I’m very hopeful that Apple in time won’t sit around, I hope that they will take the design and engineering of memory in house like their A and M processors or their new C series modems.
I really don’t see how they can avoid it not in the current climate, the design and engineering is already there, 10 to 20 billion dollars is already there, all they need to do is partner with Intel or TSMC onshore in the USA, Arizona would be fine. but Prineville Oregon would be better.
I don't know why some guy downvoted me. It's a great choice without expending 7K on some hardware than in less than two years will be replaced by the M7 (which is in the making).
